Even Newer Homes Are Having Sewer Line Problems

Sewer lines have become one of the biggest surprises I've seen this year. 🚨🏡 What's interesting is that we're not just talking about older homes. Some of these issues are showing up in properties built within the last 15 to 20 years. 😳 Soil movement can cause sewer lines to sag, shift, or separate, creating expensive problems that aren't visible during a standard walkthrough. 💸

That's why I have one piece of advice for buyers: always get the sewer line scoped during inspections. Sellers may want to consider doing the same before listing so there are no surprises later. Questions about buying, selling, or inspections? Let's chat. 📞 303.912.5394 | ✉️ [email protected]
