Listing Photos Should Attract Buyers, Not Trick Them

When do listing photos go too far? AI is making it easier than ever to enhance real estate photos, but is that always a good thing? 🏡🤔 Photographers have been using wide-angle lenses and Photoshop for years. AI is simply making some of those edits faster and easier. The problem isn't necessarily the technology. It's when photos create expectations that the actual home can't deliver.

Virtual staging can make rooms look bigger, furniture fit differently, or spaces feel completely different than they do in person. And when buyers walk through the door, that disconnect can be disappointing. 👀 I believe good real estate photography should showcase a home's best features while still being honest about what buyers will actually see. The goal is to get buyers excited about a home, not fool them into scheduling a showing. 🙌 Thinking about selling?
