"Working with Colin was a true pleasure! He is a professional and was extremely helpful, honest, and most importantly patient with us. We relocated from CT. 2000 miles away and were not at all familiar with the Denver housing market. Working long distance Colin was able to help us find our forever dream home in the perfect location. (nice community, quiet area but close to our family and everything else we need). He went above and beyond acting as our boots on the ground in Denver, going to see in person and then sending us videos of multiple homes, weeding out what would not work for us and saving us trips back and forth from CT. He did this by listening to us and what we needed as a family. His input, knowledge and skills made what could have been a stressful process simple and saved us time and money.
