"This was my first home purchase on my own, and one can't help but feel a little lost in this market without another person with whom to make decisions, but I was very lucky to have Colin because I felt like I did have that person in my corner. He is professional, yet very approachable and personable. He was efficient, yet also very patient. I never felt pressured at any step along the process. He was fantastic to work with, from reminding me with ample time about steps that needed to be completed along the way, coming to all the various inspections with me, and negotiating terms of purchase I was very happy with. He always made me feel like my questions, even the ones I was sure were probably silly, were very valid. I think of him as a friend that I would invite over to dinner, and in this world of less and less in person interaction, that is really valuable. I would recommend Colin highly to anyone navigating this crazy market and would call upon him in a heartbeat should I need a real estate agent in the future." - Lauren
